We are currently hiring for an experienced Facilities Assistant to help oversee all building related activities. This is a great organization to work for with great benefits and company culture. Your duties would include but are not limited to: - Plan and coordinate installations and refurbishments - Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet standards - Inspect building to determine the need for repairs or renovations - Allocate office spaces according to needs - Cover reception and lobby duties as needed - Manage mailroom duties and deliveries - Work with vendors /contractors depending on needs Working hours: 8am
