Our full service design/build contractor client is currently searching for a highly motivated Project Administrative Assistant to join the San Mateo team. Project Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include: Proofread, format and bind proposal and presentation documents per company standards Create and/or format presentations for (internal) training and (external) marketing use Prepare forms and applications (permit applications) per project requirements Draft and distribute PSAs, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change orders Review and enter Certificates of Insurance; ensure vendor compliance with contract documents throughout duration of project Generate and maintain project files, electronic and paper copies Update drawing logs, coordinate the reproduction of drawings
