A leading client located in Deerfield, IL is seeking candidates to fill an immediate, temp-to-hire, Operations Coordinator position. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Initiate and monitor on-boarding process for external W-2 Talent including pre-screening, new hire paperwork, and I-9 compliance - Assist with payroll and any general inquiries in regards to expense reporting, pay and bill adjustments, and system reconciliation - Facilitate the completion and submission of Independent Contract and Third Party Vendor documents to the Compliance team - Coordinate any system migrations, data validations, and external vendor implementations as necessary Salary/Benefits: -$19 - $20 per hour -Temp-to-hire - 33-40 hours/week
