Our client, a large and prominent Electric company, is looking for Clerical and Customer Service reps. General Summary: - Schedules, Assigns & Dispatches emergency and routine service orders to appropriate field personnel for Meter and Service Operations in a 24/7 operation. While this is for a First Shift position, shift work may be required - off hours, holidays, and weekends. - Manages the daily routing and scheduling of the field operations personnel throughout the client's system. - Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the client to meet service level metrics in the areas of Gas Leak Response, Service Appointments
