PLANNER Purpose: To support daily production operations by ensuring an optimal supply of material to meet manufacturing and customer demand. Primary responsibility is to ensure the inventory and Kanban cards are sized correctly, monitor Kanban execution through daily audits and identify ways to reduce inventory by improving Kanban design. Individual with have direct contact with outside suppliers, transportation carriers, Customer Service, Engineering, Marketing and Operations staff.
