Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Handle consumer requests by inbound/outbound phone, email and chat communication relating to orders, status, requests, and general information.

Hours: candidates will work 30 to 40 hours per/wk.

General hours: 8:00am to 7:00pm (candidates will be working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm. Most the time people will be scheduled from 8am until 5pm.

Overtime (between Oct. and March): Best performers will be given the option to work Saturdays to get overtime. Saturday hours would be 8:00am - 3:00pm.
