Facility Maintenance

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of general maintenance/facility experience
- Basic knowledge of power tools (Power drill, electric saw, nail gun)
- Light carpentry/plumbing/electrical experience

A plus:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities
* Candidate will travel to residential locations in Manhattan and the Bronx
* They will be responsible for performing, minor carpentry, refinishing floors, fixing floor tiles, light plumbing, light electrical, put in a door, changing fixtures out, fixing gas connections etc.

First day:Training and an overview of the work and responsibilities

Measurements: How well they are performing the general maintenance, quality of patched walls etc.

Best candidate will have good communication and be able to work with clients. They are able to work on their own and are self-sufficient.

DQ- Candidates with poor customer service and candidates who don't want to be with the company long term
