Employee Relations Representative - Full-time / Part-time

The incumbent will report to the Employee Relations Supervisor. Act as first contact with employees in the issue resolution process. Independently makes decisions/recommendations on appropriate levels of investigations regarding sensitive employee matters and employment law issues. Provides advice and counsel to all levels of management on company policy/procedures. Acts as a thought partner with members of human resources and legal teams.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm
