The General Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure all restaurant operations flow smoothly. This includes coaching and assisting employees in excellent customer service, team development, meeting brand standards, food safety, cleanliness and controlling every aspect of the restaurant’s profitability. Applicants are suggested, but not required to have previous experience as a GM and should be knowledgeable in par ordering, inventory, scheduling, and conflict resolution. The General Manager will report to the Area Manager.
