Maintenance Technician - Full-time

We are a locally owned apartment complex looking for an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician. The Apartment Maintenance Service Technician assists in the maintenance repairs necessary to maintain the property's overall quality and curb appeal. Technicians will respond to maintenance repair requests, and prepare vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins, while delivering excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for those with prior experience related to property or building maintenance or skilled in general trades to join our team. The position requires, but is not limited to: -Electrical experience such as replacing and repairing light fixtures, smoke detectors, thermostats, small exterior lights, installing appliances and outlets. -Plumbing experience such as replacing faucets, replacing sinks, garbage disposals, toilets, tub stems, shower heads and snaking clogged drains. -Construction or carpentry experience in order to replace wooden planks and spindles, hang doors, install countertops, cabinets and tile work. -Miscellaneous work such as replacing door knobs, dead bolts, re keying locks, installing door stops, and mini blinds.
