Quality Plus Manager - Kannapolis 2150 Dale Earnhardt Blvd. Kannapolis, NC 28083 Quality Plus is a dynamic live-in facility that operates as smoke shop and gas station. All sales are made at the pump or via a drive-thru window. Managers are typically 2-person teams that live on site and are responsible for the operation of the inside and outside of the property. Duties include but are not limited to, daily paper work and bank deposits, hiring and training of all staff, inventory ordering, control, and stocking, cleanliness of inside and outside of property including sales room, bathrooms, vending areas, pumps, concrete pads, etc., ensuring that all trash is taken out in a quick and effective manner, and landscaping duties. Good managerial skills, steady work history, basic computer skills and excellent customer service skills are required.
