- Document appropriately
- Answer questions from CAREGivers and Clients
- High School Diploma or greater
- 1+ year experience in senior care or health care industry
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Basic competency with a computer (ie. web browser, Microsoft Word/ Excel)
- Ability to multitask and stay highly organized
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
