Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Takes the extra effort to give guests the best dining experience possible, demonstrating outstanding customer service and hospitality skills.
- Maintains the knowledge of food and liquor handling policies, while following the safety regulations mandated by the State of Utah.
- Must be 21 years of age with a Utah approved alcohol certification.
- Cooperates with co-workers and exemplifies good communication skills, maintaining grace under pressure.
- Ensures that attire is always in accordance to dress code and remains professional at all times.
