Job Description

Pridestaff, a national staffing company, is seeking enthusiastic Account Manager/ Customer Service Representative, to work on a temporary to permanent basis with our clients. The Account Manager will work in an office environment near warehouse and productions. They will make inbound as well as outbound call to clients regarding their orders and requests.

Job Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to clients regarding products and service as well as provide general information regarding questions and issues.

Additional responsibilities will include:
  • Answering in bound and making out bound call to clients in a professional manner
  • Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
  • Provide clients with product and service information and resolve concerns and complaints
  • Enter client information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
  • Provide follow up customer calls when necessary
Pay depending on experience $14.50+
