For more information, please visit The primary purpose of the Sr Design Manager position is to ensure that all stores across all channels are designed to meet the customer experience and brand integrity of T-Mobile. The Design Manager reviews all floor plans and exterior sign packages for all stores in all business channels and provides guidance to T-Mobile's architectural vendors to produce the conceptual designs and construction documents in accordance with T-Mobile standards and expectations. Over time, the Design Manager position has evolved into a position that works cross-functionally with many outside vendors and internal business units at T-Mobile including Visual Merchandising, Loss Prevention, Retail Operations, T-Mobile Safety, Procurement, EPO and the JLL Project Management team. The Design Manager also takes the lead role in developing new and innovative fixtures and finishes that are executed in our retail environment., and provides strategic direction that influence business decisions and program development. Minimum
  • 5+ Years in design related field
  • Proficient in AutoCad or equal design program
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills
  • Working construction knowledge
    Desired
  • LEED Certification

Education
Bachelors' Degree in design (Architectural or Interior) preferred. Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
