About this job
This position is a customer service based role for a large human resource team.
Some of the main job duties and responsibilities are listed below:
* Serve as a main point of contact for applicants going through the hiring process ensuring that appropriate expectations are continuously set and all questions are answered in a timely manner
*Conducts reference checks and verifies previous employment information
* Orders and posts results of background checks
*Gathers relevant information and documentation necessary to ensure compliance with licensing guidelines
*Provides follow-up correspondence to candidates and recruiters on recruiting status via phone and email
*Drafts and sends offer letters and orientation invitations to all new hires
You must be able to work between the hours of 9am-6pm Monday through Friday
