As our MDS Coordinator you'll oversee the development and completion of resident assessments, including the implementation of CAA's and Triggers. The ideal candidate will hold a nurse license and have experience as a supervisor in a hospital or nursing care community. You'll assist community directors and supervisors in scheduling resident assessment/care plan meetings. You'll have the responsibility of developing written plans of care for each resident and ongoing quality assurance programs.
