JOB SUMMARY
Crew Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service to visiting patrons and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Takes customer food and beverage orders
- Prepares, wraps, and packages customer food and beverage orders
- Collects payment for orders; responsible for operation of cash registers
- Processes food and beverage deliveries for storage/use
- Maintains cleanliness of the store
- Keeps the service area adequately stocked at all times to ensure efficient customer service
- Performs other assigned duties as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be pleasant in meeting the public
- Well-groomed and adhere to the company Dress Code
- Must be able to move quickly to serve the customer in an efficient manner
- Must maintain strict adherence to quality control standards by Arby's, Inc.
