Director of Nursing

On With Life nursing team is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as our Director of Rehabilitation Nursing.    The Director of Rehabilitation Nursing identifies, plans, coordinates, and monitors services necessary to meet the complex nursing care needs of persons served with appropriate use of available resources. Qualified applicants must have: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Certification in rehabilitation nursing is preferred.A minimum of five years in related clinical experience; experience in the rehabilitation of chronically or catastrophically ill or disabled individuals is highly recommended.A minimum of five years supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility in an administrative capacity preferred.  Demonstrated accountability and skills in analysis, decision-making, time management, and oral and written communication.Previous Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred.  Previous neuro experience strongly desired.
