Customer Service Collector

Aerotek is currently hiring for 5 Customer Service Collectors at an awesome company in Boulder, CO.

Job Description:

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with questions regarding tolls and collecting fees from them.
• Soft collections

Qualifications:

• Well organized
• Successfully overcoming objections in a short period of time
• Punctuality and good attendance
• Previous experience taking inbound calls
• Previous experience making outbound calls
• Collections experience

Shifts:

• 8am - 5pm
• 10am -7pm x3
• 11am - 8pm billingual
• ALL Monday - Friday
