Maintenance Supervisor

Aerotek is now hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor in Baltimore City.

Job Description:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to 2-3 mechanics on 3rd shift.
• Run daily maintenance meetings and schedule employees
  Review PM sheets
• Plan, supply, execute equipment modifications
• Assist with mechanical repairs and electrical repairs on the high speed baking equipment as needed
• Work directly with Chief Engineer
• Perform daily security check, walk through inspection of Plant and Grounds
• Seek out ways to improve Process and Equipment

The ideal candidate:

• Must have supervisor experience
• Must have experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Preferably will come from a food and beverage background
• Must be comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift
