Technical Sales Support Representative - Full-time / Part-time

MUST HAVES:
Customer service experience; experience in managing customer relationships
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Technical Sales Support Representative will serve clients on key accounts. This will include order entry, customer service, document control, and information distribution.
- Lead meeting with engineering team to discuss client requirements and follow up with additional information required from client
- Research issues and work hard to resolve issues for Key Clients.
- Work daily with Sales, Engineers and Production staff to create customer specifications.
- Maintain organized structure of filing and document control.
- Act as the face of the company
