Housekeeper Wanted - Need A Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Busy couple needing someone to come in bi weekly to tend to house keeping and do some seasonal cleanings too. No laundry or windows. Basically upkeep in the den, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Little things that we don't have time to get to like occasional fridge cleaning inside and on top, cobwebs on ceilings etc... about 900 sq ft to tend to. We take care of the bedrooms. Also looking for someone to do a little more at my sisters townhouse. She is special needs and we need someone to tend to most housekeeping duties. We've had biweekly cleaning in the past and it has been enough to keep the place nice. She seems lately to need some assistance in laundry as well. May have to move to weekly service to help with laundry and keeping her room tidy. Approx 500-700 sq ft to tend to.
