Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for establishing, improving and maintaining a successful and profitable branch office, by managing staff, controlling costings and working towards achieving quarterly and annual goals of Ecological Insulation of Birmingham, LLC. This includes but is not limited to the acquisition and installation of Ecological products. Directs and coordinate the activities of all personnel. This person must also maintain and develop flexible, efficient, effective workflows and systems needed to reach the goals of Ecological Insulation of Birmingham, LLC.
Base Salary Range Based Upon Experience with Bonus Based Upon Division Profitability.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- High school diploma or GED plus at least 5 years of management experience of similar type of working facility.
- Must continually adapt to changing technology.
- Basic computer skills.
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor, strong sales and customers service skills as well as showing initiative, being goals-oriented and self-motivated with strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively read, speak and write the English language.
- Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
