Sales Rep- Residential Home Improvement Sales- Phoenix - Full-time / Part-time

Sears Home Services is still growing and we are looking to add to our In-Home Outside Sales Team.

Full Time Sales Reps are responsible for areas approximately up to 2 hours from their home zip code. No door to door sales as all leads are pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments with customers that have requested an estimate on Sears Home Improvements Products

• 3 weeks of paid training

• Up to 3 pre-set, pre-qualified, and pre-confirmed appointments/leads daily from our National Sales center

• No cap on commission earnings

Schedule/Pay:

• Work from remote/home office. Visit local office once per week.

• 100% commission. Reps typically earn between $55K – 80K per year and top performers earn up to $100k+ annually.

• W-2 with Medical / Dental / Vision Coverage

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Local market area travel with the use of a personal vehicle to travel to appointments

• Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.

• Must be computer proficient.

• Availability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours

• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
