Job Description
- Previous automotive knowledge/training is required, prior managerial experience in the quick-service lube industry is a plus. There must be a proven track record.
- Must be able to follow, enforce, and hold strong to policies and procedures
- Need to be able to walk or stand for several hours at times in both hot and cold temperatures
- Should be able to bend and reach comfortably, climb steps, lift heavy objects occasionally and perform other physical activities in both the lower and upper bay areas
- Need to be able to provide exceptional customer service
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Need basic computer knowledge
- Need valid TX driver’s license. Valid TX State Inspector’s license is a plus.
