District Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The District Manager (DM) will manage between 5-7 restaurants and is responsible for leading, motivating and providing tools, training and resources to achieve the maximum performance in each restaurant.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Instructs, trains, coaches and develops Restaurant Manager’s to become highly proficient with the ability to develop others.
• Creates an environment that fosters trust, dignity and respect, initiative, accountability, open communication and team work.
• Responsible for meeting customer service objective levels.
• Monitors daily, weekly operational statistics and reporting trends.
• Maximizing on the overall sales and profits for the restaurants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience with at least two years at the multi-unit level, from the restaurant industry.
• The ability to train, guide coach, and develop employees.
• The ability to work with a high degree of independence.
• Strong analytical and decision making abilities.
• Strong communication skills with ability to motivate employees and obtain positive results.
• Good organization, time-management, and problem solving skills.
• A working knowledge of Spanish 
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and team building capabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
