Job Description
As a Restaurant General Manager, you are key to our business. You are responsible in managing your team along with operational and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Hiring, Training, and Retaining Team Members
- Ensuring franchise requirements are being met
- Ensuring that safe food handling practices are being met
- Placing food orders and maintaining an appropriate on hand inventory levels
- Receive and resolve both customer and employee complaints appropriately and promptly
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in management in the food service industry
- Working knowledge of PnLs
- Reliable transportation
- A flexible schedule
