Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager understands the profit and loss statement and helps create action plans for opportunity areas as well as ensures the overall food quality and handling, safety, security, service, and cleanliness standards are met. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring restaurant operations run smoothly, making sure the guest is the number one priority. The General Manager accounts for the development and training of all hourly and management staff in the restaurant, and must have extremely strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications:
- High volume experience of 3+ years as a General Manager is a must for this position
