Over 10 Billion in annual sales * Over 11,000 Company-owned and franchised Restaurants
5-Day - 50 Hour Work Week * Closes 11pm on Weekdays

Responsibilities
*Overall responsibility of running fast food unit with approximately $1-2 Million in sales per year
* Financial analysis and forecasting
* Sales Building
* Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers
* Performance feedback and corrective action
* Maintenance of facility and equipment
*Financial reporting

Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ minimum experience as salaried Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager in fast food or family dining
- Willing to learn and able to adapt with ease
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays without restrictions
- Desire to advance within the company

Quarterly Incentive Bonus
All levels of Restaurant Management participate in the quarterly "bonus" program which is based on the overall performance of the restaurant
