General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

General manager of a high volume fast paced restaurant. Must have previous experience in a corporate store such as Chancery Pub, Carrabba's, Applebee's, Cheddars, Olive Garden, ect. This job is located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This is a salaried position with a range of $35k to $50k and could include housing. We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for managing, promoting or hiring FOH and BOH managers. The right candidate for this job will have the following traits: Working knowledge of all FOH and BOH controls. Beverage experience, bar menu creation, and cost controls. Dining menu experience and pricing. Strong organizational skills. Highly motivated in exceeding guest expectations.
