Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead and manage online sales and marketing.
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing skills, especially in the ecommerce environment, top-notch project management skills, and the ability to work and communicate with multiple departments and offices. You will be up-to-date on strategies and best practices related to ecommerce development and eager to take on new challenges daily. You will have expert experience utilizing Microsoft Excel. You are as creative as you are data-driven visionary that will help elevate our ecommerce business in a very competitive industry.

You have the ability to work at management level, but also have a willingness to provide hands-on support where/whenever necessary. Additionally, it's important that you have a solid understanding of logistics/fulfillment, strong knowledge of search engine marketing and optimization, as well as affiliate marketing; experience with tracking software applications; and a track record of success in past performance.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations related to primary ecommerce website, including sales transactions and data synchronization as well those of other web properties
* Manage website content, including development of creative and product merchandising
* Manage and strategize distribution of video content as well as other site features and functionality
* Oversee and optimize search marketing (SEO, SEM) and other online advertising projects, including affiliate marketing program and AdWords
* Oversee Email Marketing Manager in optimizing email strategy, including utilizing aggressive testing to maximize campaign performance and isolate campaign effectiveness
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy
* Develop and execute mobile and tablet marketing strategy
* Maintain leading edge understanding of the use of our tools and software platforms
* Work closely with programmers to set up tracking codes and ensure data and reporting accuracy of campaigns
* Develop, manage and prepare reports and data exports from web campaigns
* Analyze and track performance results; be ready to adjust approach accordingly; provide ongoing recommendations for increasing sales and profitability
* Stay up-to-date with the latest online marketing techniques and strategies; research and recommend new initiatives
* Manage team of ecommerce professionals
* Maintain accurate, timely and well organized computer and paper files
* Other responsibilities and opportunities as assigned

Qualifications:
* B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in related field
* Minimum of 5-7 years of ecommerce management experience
* Minimum of 2-3 years of direct mail industry experience
* Must have experience managing a team
* Strong email marketing background; experience with ExactTarget a big plus
* Strong analytic and quantitative abilities; fluent in Excel
* Experience with web design software and basic knowledge of HTML; must have a good eye for strong web creative
* Strong knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEO tools. Ability and drive to teach yourself how to use unfamiliar software
* Broad knowledge of Internet technologies: content management, customer service applications, financial systems, and ecommerce transaction systems, including Commerce Server
