Retail Partnerships Coordinator, Berywn PA

BrandShare is seeking a hard working team player to join our Retail Partnerships group in Berwyn, PA to flawlessly execute product sampling and gift with purchase campaigns with our 760 plus e-commerce retailer partners including Walmart, Kohl’s Bed Bath & Beyond, Rue La La, Zulily, JustFab and The Children’s Place. This is a forward facing developmental role that requires excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

·       Lead product sampling distribution campaigns on behalf of the world’s largest brands from start to finish

·       Research potential retail partners and outreach for specific partnership opportunities via email and phone

·       Build direct relationships with retailer teams to plan and execute brand-specific sampling campaigns

·       Effectively recommend retail partnerships that reach the brand’s target demographic

·       Maintain and exceed margin goals, using Microsoft Excel to calculate margin reports for management

·       Collaborate daily with the Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Logistics teams to verify program details

·       Collaborate daily with the Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Logistics teams to verify program details

·       Create post campaign reports to highlight sampling campaign benefits and results

·       Manage opportunities in Salesforce.com database and maintain campaign updates and approvals

·       Provide retailers with shipping status and check with fulfillment contacts to confirm distribution start, midpoint and completion dates

·       Follow up diligently with retailers for signed certificates of distribution and invoicing procedures

·       Excellent speaking, writing, communication and presentation skills

·       Comfortable on the phone building client relationships

·       Fluency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
