About The Role
We are currently looking for friendly, customer-service driven individuals who have had a chance to lead a team. Our Store Managers manage several department managers with large teams under each. We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic leaders with a passion for wine, beer or spirits (or even all three!).
Job Duties:
- Foster an outstanding customer service experience and establish a sales-based store culture
- Provide coaching, training and support to team
- Partner with Area Manager to lead store to beat plan/budget
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for wine, beer or spirits!!
- Ability to foster an outstanding customer service experience and establish a sales-focused culture.
- Proven track record of success, leading a team within a high volume retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and execution skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- You bring related post-secondary education, and ideally Wine / Spirit or Beer training.
