We currently have openings for PART-TIME HOLIDAY ASSOCIATES in our local studios.

Position Overview
Carries out all activities required to achieve all studio goals, including sales and sitting objectives, customer experience, loss prevention and merchandise/portrait presentation while improving customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Directs customer experience efforts to ensure consistency with Picture People standards; leads by example to enhance the customer experience, maximize sales opportunities and increase sittings.

• Ensures attainment of personal sales and sittings goals.

• Understands the Picture People culture and ensures compliance with all Picture People Policies & Procedures, as well as studio operational standards.

• Enforces studio merchandise presentation.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Candidates must have:

• a minimum of 18 years of age.
• a high school diploma or equivalent.
• the ability to verbally communicate in English and local community’s native tongue.
• the ability to fulfill travel requirements.
• the ability to work alone and as part of a team to carry out business objectives and operational standards.
• the ability to learn on the job.
• a working knowledge of basic computer software i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel.
• the ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
• the ability to remain on your feet and physically active for a minimum of 5 hours per day.
• the ability to get to work on time as required.
• the ability to work weekends and extended hours as required.
