Irvine Marketing, Inc. has just expanded our office to a brand new location and we are looking to add on 5-6 Customer Service Consultants to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing and ensuring 100% customer service satisfaction!
What does a Customer Service Consultant do?
- Manage Customer inquisitions and dissatisfaction
- Provide information about new products and promotions
- Accommodate and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Expand, promote, and retain a familiarity of the evolving products and services
