Retail Sales Representative (Part-Time)

Wave is looking for a part-time Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Daly City, CA!

As a Retail Sales Representative at Wave's retail store in Daly City you will be the face of Wave and assist customers with sales, services, products and billing inquiries. You will explain and sell cable, phone and internet products and work in a fun and friendly environment.

Wave pays for success! Starting hourly pay is based on experience, plus participation in the Retail Sales commission rewards performance excellence.

Qualifications:

• Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center or inside sales experience.
• Willing and able to work any shift, including evening and weekend hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly.
• Displays proven good judgment and proactive decision-making skills.
• Must possess the ability to adapt to change.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the US for Wave without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cable Television industry experience preferred.
• Telecommunications experience preferred.
• Phone customer support/service related experience preferred.
