Job Description
South Tampa Outdoor Living Design/Build Firm is seeking a highly talented individual to mange our Retail Store & Showroom.
POSITION
-Full-time, Retail Manager local to and knowledgeable of the Tampa Bay area
-Greet and service clientele knowledgeably and thoroughly both in person and over the phone
-Maintain thorough retail sales and inventory records
-Ability to provide and direct overall retail layouts, displays, and promotions
-Oversee/Manage other retail staff
-Ability to work within a team-based environment, excellent communication skills are a must
-Management of ordering, stocking and maintaining merchandise
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-5-7 years experience working in Retail Sales
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial capacity within retail furnishings environment preferred
-Working knowledge of standard cash register and sale procedures, Clover P.O.S.
-Highly organized personality with the ability to direct others in the fulfillment of daily retail duties
