We offer a base pay to start plus benefits after 60 days
As a Sales Associate, you will perform a wide variety of job functions at the direction of the Store Manager. You will be accountable for overall sales functions of the store, meeting company sales standards, marketing and merchandising inventory and adhering to the highest level of professionalism through outstanding customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for sales growth using exceptional customer service
-Follow the direction of the Management team to ensure store meets sales and revenue goals
-Assist in implementing marketing and growth goals
-Display and price merchandise on the showroom floor
-Maintain detailed sales leads and follow up calls
-Assist with managing inventory
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Must pass a background check
-HIGHLY MOTIVATED
-Experience in sales
-Able to read, write and communicate effectively
-Attention to detail
-Negotiate and resolve conflict
-Ability to lift/move showroom inventory as needed
