Parts Sales Representative

River States Truck and Trailer is a leading dealer for Freightliner heavy and medium duty trucks with six locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Candidates must possess knowledge of auto or truck parts, computer aptitude, strong written/verbal communication skills and a positive attitude, determine the correct parts required by inspecting old parts or by special request, look up parts on computer, book, or internet, follow up on special orders and resolve order conflicts, shipping receiving, and other various warehouse duties, supply service technicians with parts ordered through work orders, work closely with the parts manager to facilitate the flow of materials, and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. Previous experience with automotive, heavy truck or agricultural parts is required; customer service experience is a plus.

This is a second shift position.
