SEEKING SKILLED ORACLE EBT SYSTEM ANALYST
Primary responsibility of the Oracle EBS Systems Analyst is to work with America Regional Users and Oracle development team to support Oracle operations in terms of user needs, usage, functional and data related troubleshooting and resolution, and coordinate & facilitate Oracle Key-User training session. Setup the Oracle system according to company standards and liaise with the Oracle development team for coding development based on the user signed off Oracle functional specifications. Conduct Oracle Functional Testing, coordinate, facilitate and lead Oracle System Integrated Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Analyze data structure and schema, design and develop data conversion templates and programs as needed. Facilitate and analyze business requirements by providing advice in Oracle EBS functional feasibility. Develop Oracle functional specifications based on approved business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Understand business process, Oracle EBS operation & process, and facilitate business requirement for Oracle system implementation.
Design and propose Oracle EBS solution based on the business requirement and develop Oracle functional specification document.
Facilitate, and drive business acceptance on proposed Oracle EBS solution based on Oracle functional specification document.
Working with the development team, follow the JE Application Development process for Oracle EBS system implementation including document organization and Change Control procedure.
Prepare Oracle EBS configuration changes, work with Oracle development team for coding development and carry out Oracle Functional Testing.
Facilitate, coordinate and drive Testing Case for Oracle EBS functional testing and System Integrated Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
Design and propose data conversion templates and programs for necessary data conversion activity.
Working with Regional IT Manager, coordinate and lead Oracle support project including the control of budget, expense, timeline and resources. Drive and facilitate regular project review management meeting.
Working with development team, build-up and coordinate Oracle Key-User community. Coordinate and lead Oracle Key-User training session.
Working with local development team, support Oracle operations in terms of user usage, functional and data related trouble shooting and resolution.
This position will require 30% - 50% travel including international travel.
Required Skills:
BS in Management Information Systems
3 plus years' experience in business systems analysis in mapping requirements to applications, fit/gap analysis, and making application selection recommendations.
Successful record of support and development experience to implement business process improvements.
5+ years' experience in Oracle E-Business System cross-functional transaction support for a manufacturing company.
A good problem solver and team player who possesses excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers at all levels within the business
Good customer service experience/manner/mindset is required
Fluent English spoken and good communication in written English
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Understand and document current business processes that utilize the Oracle EBS system.
Define solutions, prepare and coordinate user testing plans, and coordinate implementation of system changes to support business improvement requirements.
Provide support for users with current business processes, related to the use of the Oracle EBS system.
Recommend solutions for new business requirements that maximize efficiency and comply with global standard operating procedures.
