Purpose:

To effectively execute brand relevant, profitable retail events focusing on high volume, quick turn opportunities. To be the on-site leader, managing events, people, and processes ensuring maximum contribution while developing the adidas brand.

Key Accountabilities:

* Manage on-site, high volume, quick turn retail events at locations throughout North America driving profitability and brand loyalty.

* Assist Sr. Manager in developing retail event departmental budget that exceeds RBO goals.

* Assist Sr. Manager in event site selection, setting financial targets, and creating pre-event pro-formas.

* Set event timelines that include logistics scheduling, manpower planning, and event setup/tear down.

* Strong, consistent information feeds to department leaders regularly as to event progress, daily reporting of sales figures, wins, and opportunities on a timely basis to a pre-determined distribution list via email.

* Create and manage event agendas. Partner with other Event team members to set official schedules and KPI's to effectively measure sales, margin, labor, and contribution at each event as the on-site manager.

* Meet and exceed established KPI's to ensure process oriented events exceed targeted goals.

* Manage and lead logistical execution of events such as, product tracking, rooming lists, transportation, on-site marketing, and meals.

* Communicate facilities needs with key departments within Reebok HQ including LP, and Distribution.

* Upon completion of the event, create a timely recap to be distributed to appropriate channels.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

* Strong decision making, communication, both written and oral skills.

* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization as well as on-site staff.

* Project management experience / critical path planning skills.

* Key Retail Financial understanding including, net sales, margins, payroll, and general P & L.

* Ability to maintain a professional attitude in fast paced, potentially stressful environments, maintaining composure while interacting with internal and external customers.

* Ability to work with all levels of organization -- both inside adidas and with various vendors.

* Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications :

* Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university or experience equivalent there of is preferred.

* Five years' experience combined of retail store management, event management, logistics or retail marketing preferred.
