POSITION SUMMARY
Performs the primary functions of an RN in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating, the care of all assigned patients on the unit during his/her shift. Accepts the responsibility of the directing co-workers in the management of hospital resources (personnel, supplies, and equipment).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Active/Unrestricted RN License in the State of Kentucky required 2.
2 or more Years of ICU Experience required.
An essential function of this position is to comply with BSHSI Policy (SYS.HR.NUR.001) which requires, as a condition of employment, that all registered nurses with diplomas or associate degrees who apply and are hired after May 1, 2015 complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree within five years of start date.
