1st Shift Welder

Job Description:

Candidates will be responsible for primarily performing wire-feed (MIG) welding. They will weld on a variety of parts with generally low volumes. They will be expected to set-up their cell with the proper jigs for the job and will be expected to read blueprints and may operate Robotic welders when needed. They will inspect and clean up their own welds and welds from robotic welders as well. Some TIG welding may be involved but will not be a focus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience or 1 year of experience with Technical degree in welding
• 6+ months blueprint reading experience
• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Information:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday (5:00am-3:30pm)

The position is open due to growth and a large amount of retiring employees. Bosch is predicted to double its sales in the next 4 years.
