Job Description:

Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents and internal customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to ensure service standards are met.

Field 75-100 calls daily. Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.

Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and all products, services and processes performed by the team.

Collaborate with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns.

Must Haves:

1-2 years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, call center, etc)

Ability to type 40 WPM

High school Diploma/GED
