Injection Mold Process Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development of the FTY (First Time Yield), Development of routings
• Design, development and control of process instructions
• Design and Handling of tooling
• Design and validation of fixtures
• Furnish the line layout
• Balancing of lines due to change in requirements
• Organize the tests and validations on the line
• Control of SPC in the line
• Design of the workstation layout
• Maintenance of PFMEA's and Flow Charts
• ECO/ECN Management
• Provide support to the line in problem solving
• Provide support in project coordination activities
• Provide support and training to employees, as required

All those activities generated as a result of changes, requirements and/or improvement in the process of the applicable area)

• BS Degree NOT required
• 5+ years of injection mold process experience preferred
• Automotive experience is a must
