About this job
We are seeking an experienced line cook who takes pride and has passion in culinary creations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience preparing a diverse range of cuisines, enjoy working in a busy kitchen environment and is capable in following directions and multitasking effectively. Responsibilities consist of measuring, accurately cook and assemble food prep and meals based off recipe, maintain accurate food inventories/par levels, FIFO utilization, maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and work space, station coolers and equipment and most importantly have food safety knowledge.
