The Comfort Suites Aurora, CO will be opening December 2017!
This position includes the responsibilities of the Guest Service Representative (GSR) plus additional managerial responsibilities while the General Manager (GM) is not on-site.  These additional duties include but are not limited to:  leading the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms meet quality standards, ensuring team compliance with all safety and security processes, keeping the GM informed of all relevant information and covering shifts due to illness or absenteeism.  The GSR is responsible for exceptional guest sales and service at the front desk and in the evening executes all tasks and systems to support the efficient delivery of guest satisfaction throughout the day.  This includes sales and reservations via phone and in person, guest check in and out, guidance for guests in dining and directions, and the commitment to consistently wowing our guests with the quality of your service and our award winning hotels.  Schedules require rotating weekend shifts.  Night shift includes billing, inventories, laundry, movement of goods throughout the building, audits, and any task necessary for the efficient operations of the hotel.
