Bakery Manager Trainee

Manager Trainee needed for Kolache Factory bakery & cafes

We are a Czeck Pastry growing and extended our business. We are seeking a highly organized, team leader. Must be able to work various morning shifts per week between 3am ~ 3pm 5 days basis.

* Complete 3 month training

** Be "Hands-On Working" Bakery Manager Trainee that accepts ownership of your location

*** Longer hours are expected during peak holiday seasons.

**** Have 2+ years of strong food service and/or retail management experience

***** Have experience scheduling and managing staff

****** Have excellent customer service skills

******* Have excellent oral and written communication skills

******** Have time management skills

********* Be sales and goal oriented

********** Be a team player

*********** Be responsible for overseeing all FOH and BOH operations

************ Be ready to manage a popular fast-paced bakery

************* Have an open availability schedule, including weekends and holidays

************** Have a High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Overall this candidate MUST have a high sense of urgency, as well as be able to multi-task (Cross Training) and maintain a positive, friendly attitude in a stressful environment.
