ServiceMaster Building Maintenance is growing and is looking for experienced and motivated FLOOR and CARPET CARE TECHNICIANS for full-time job positions.
Seeking qualified Floor and Carpet Care Technicians who know how to:
- strip, clean and re-coat hard floor surfaces
- operate high speed floor burnishers
- operate carpet cleaning equipment
- IICRC certification is a preferred
-Floor and carpet care experience are preferred, we will train the right candidate.
- apply safe waste disposal procedures.
You will need a clean driving record, and be able to work independently, must have the physical strength to maneuver and lift 55 pounds, must follow safety procedures.
Candidate’s qualifications:
* Be able to communicate in English, verbal and written
* Floor and carpet care experience are preferred, we will train the right candidate.
* Availability and willingness to work evening hours, including weekends
* VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
* PASS - Pre-employment criminal background check.
* Provide clean DMV records check.
